We pretend.
We are drained or fulfilled.
Till life is affirmed.
Two performers can only use their mother tongue to have a conversation about given topics They attempt to transcend language barriers to build a conversation, guided by universal topics introduced by a third party—subjects that connect across cultures and languages. Their unscripted exchange flows spontaneously, at times creating the illusion of true understanding. However, as the dialogue progresses, their initial curiosity fades, mirroring the fleeting nature of human connection when faced with cultural and linguistic divides. This project explores the desire to communicate and the ephemeral, fragile affirmations that arise and dissolve in the process.
