The leap (2022)
From a mosquito bite to the eczema, from a dot smaller than a pore to a panel that can't be ignored. This project is inspired by my experience of eczema. I used to put myself on the opposite side of eczema, which I have to fight against. At the moment I was diagnosed with chronic eczema and was told by a doctor that it was going to be part of my life, our relationship became "how do we survive together?" Since then, those sleepless nights are not just filled with untolerable itching and pain, but also a journey of self-discovery and association. It became a metaphor of my life, shaping my view of the world. A trail like what had been through by Camus's happy Sisyphus, experiencing the leap from the known to the unknown.
